Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is:
✔️ Unworn and unused
✔️ In original packaging with all tags attached
✔️ Not a custom-made or engraved piece

2. How to Initiate a Return

📦 Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

3. Refund Process

💳 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
🚫 Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.

🚫 Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
🚫 Gift cards

6. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged item, email us at [email protected] within 48 hours with photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund.
